DOLBEAR ATTACKS MARCONI PATENT
_________
TRENTON, Oct. 18.--The patent rights of the Marconi Wireless Telegraph Company of America are to be tested in the suit commenced in the United States circuit court yesterday on the testimony of Emerson Dolbear, of Somerville, Middlesex county, Mass. Dolbear deposes that he is the original inventor of wireless telegraphy, and asks a preliminary injunction restraining the Marconi company from making further use of the invention and an accounting from the corporation alleged to be infringing his patent rights. Dolbear declares that his patent rights were granted October 5, 1886, and that he sold his rights to the International Wireless Telegraph Company on March 14, 1903, which concern brings the suit.
